The 130 hour Tailored Barber Permit Apprenticeship Program is designed for future barbers who want more than just hours — they want real experience inside a fast-paced, professional shop environment built on culture, craftsmanship, and growth.
Our program combines hands-on training, real client experience, state board preparation, and mentorship from experienced licensed professionals who are actively working behind the chair every day.
At Tailored, apprentices learn:

- Fades, blending, shear work, styling & straight razor work
- Client communication & customer service
- Sanitation, safety & state board preparation
- Social media, branding & building clientele
- Real shop flow, professionalism & team culture
